Capacity

  • Current factory built up area of 9,400 sq ft is consuming over 15 tons of engineering plastic raw material and producing over 3.5 Mn components every month with less than 25 PPM rejection at customer end
  • STAC has capabilities to manufacture components up to 220 gms with part dimensions ranging from 2 mm to 200 mm
  • Adequate manufacturing capacity of 17 machines. from 10 to 150 tons, 6 are All Electric, 4 are Servo Drives with 1 vertical mounding machine with rotary bed.

Engineering Design

  • 34 years of experience in providing end to end solutions in Precision Injection Moulded Parts Industry and related assemblies
  • Using 3D modeling / design software since 2006, currently have 4 Cimatron CAD Software installations at our design center.
  • Product Design optimization by re engineering to increase productivity / consistent quality and reduce part cost / mould cost.

Build Technology

  • Precision Injection mould manufacturing plant.
  • In-house product design, mould design, mould development / build and high volume component manufacturing
